印象中,西班牙人像當地的菜式一樣,都比較熱情,Montserrat Bonvehi Rosich(Tat)憑着她的廚藝和對美食的熱愛,結識了不少朋友。Tat本職是建築師,現在於美國維珍尼亞大學(University of Virginia)當講師,來香港多次,為的是跟在本地工作的男友相聚,其次也因為美食。這位美食愛好者是徐蒝的粉絲,每次來香港都要去她的店吃飯,有一次,她更提出要邀請徐蒝試她的手勢,也因此促成今次聚會,讓我有機會一窺在西班牙炒飯和烤乳豬以外的西班牙家常菜。Tat來自加泰隆尼亞(Catalonia),巴塞隆拿也是在這區,當地靠山也靠海,食材種類非常豐富,海陸齊備,加上她有廚藝高超的媽媽和阿姨們,想不愛美食也難吧。
